Dr. Claire Duffy grew up in Cranbrook BC, where she developed her love for sports and overall health and wellness. Motivated by a desire to comprehensively understand human health, wellness, and physiology, she eagerly pursued a career in the field. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology at the University of Lethbridge. It was during this time that her interest in Chiropractic care was ignited and decided to further her studies at University of Western States in Portland, OR where she graduated with a degree in Human Biology and her Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Through her academic journey Dr. Claire has developed a passion for family-based care and athletics. With a combination of manipulation, soft tissue therapies, and rehab based exercise, Dr. Claire strives to empower her patients to achieve goals that are important to them and to get back to the activities they love – no matter what those look like. Her specialties include diversified manual adjusting, soft tissue therapies, and instrument assisted techniques (IASTM). Dr. Simmonds has been involved in holistic care from a young age. She graduated from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with dual diplomas in Acupuncture and TCM. She enjoys treating many conditions including, digestive issues, acute and chronic pain, sports medicine, mental health, and so much more. Alex has also helped support many women through their health journeys - everything from menstruation to menopause. With her commitment to learning, she has completed training for Module 1 in Balance Method from Dr. Tan and Level 1 Heat Sensitive Moxibustion. She offers various ways to treat patients such as traditional needling, fire cupping, gua sha, electrical stimulation, and auricular treatments. Dr. Petersen recently relocated back to Calgary from Prince George, where she had a busy practice while serving on the BC Chiropractic Association Board of Directors. She has a keen interest in athletics, and family wellness-based care. Her specialties include manual adjusting, manual and instrument assisted soft tissue techniques, kinesiology taping, Shockwave therapy, Activator Method and Sigma Pro-Adjustor technique (a gentle non-force technique to improve joint function and decrease pain). Her mission is to help improve people’s health and wellness through evidence-informed chiropractic care and advice.

Dr. Petersen began seeing a chiropractor at the age of 15 when she was a member of the Canadian Junior National Luge Team. She found relief from her injuries as well as improvement in her sport performance following chiropractic treatment. This was her inspiration for pursuing a career in chiropractic. She went on to study biological science at the University of Calgary, followed by the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Pamela is a registered massage therapist having graduated from the 2200 hours Advanced Massage Therapy diploma program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. She specializes in therapeutic massage, dynamic cupping & TMJ treatment. She has completed her certification in RAPID Neurofascial Reset for the Upper Body and is working towards becoming a RAPID Specialist. Pam’s main focus is client care and comfort while striving to help clients reduce stress, reach and maintain optimal health and wellness.

She is originally from the east coast but grew up in Yellowknife, NT and has lived in many places across this beautiful country! When she is not practicing massage, Pam enjoys spending time with her two kiddos, family and friends. She keeps busy with a wide variety of interests including running, hiking, DIY-ing and an array of arts and crafts.

Karen has a passion for her craft and has taken courses such as Deep Tissue Massage, Fascial Decompression (Myofascial Release) and Dynamic Cupping. As she continues on her journey as a massage therapist, she looks forward to continually expanding her education to better serve you, the client.
